This stuff is great fun around halloween, but who says you have to wait till October for some fun with fake wounds and fake blood? Mix up a batch and see how gross you can make it look!

Fake Blood
You will need:

16 oz. White Corn Syrup

1 oz. Red Food Coloring

1 oz. Warm Water

1 or 2 drops Blue Food Coloring

Corn Starch (optional)

Procedure:
Combine corn syrup, food coloring and water to create an edible blood. A few tablespoons of corn starch can be added to make the blood more opaque.

*Note: Red food coloring may temporarily discolor skin and possibly stain clothing.

Fake Flesh
You will need:

flour

corn starch

white glue

Procedure:
Combine equal parts of flour and corn starch. Add white glue (i.e. Elmer’s) and mix to create a doughy paste. Apply to skin and allow to dry. It can then be covered with makeup to blend into the skin.
